Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may forward your information to the original claimant. Depending on applicable law, the claimant may have a limited time to respond before any potential reinstatement.

Suspension and Termination

Accounts repeatedly involved in copyright violations may be suspended or permanently terminated. We reserve the right to cooperate with authorities and rights holders where required by law.

Limitation of Liability
